FIELD: casting production, namely, production of cast iron with spheroidal graphite. SUBSTANCE: modifying mixture contains powders of magnesium, graphite and ferromanganese with particle size 0.01-1.00 mm in the following ratio of ingredients, mass%: magnesium powder, 5-9; graphite powder, 5.5-11; ferromanganese powder, the balance. EFFECT: stable process of cast iron production without chilling of castings, lowered labor consumptiom of such production, elimination of pyroeffect and smoke separation at modifying. |
