FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: starting mixture has as a binder calcium sulfate beta-semihydrate (33.5-75.0 wt %), as a filler sludge from the chemical water purification at heat and electric power plant (7.5-47.5 wt %), and additionally monosubstituted ammonium phosphate (0.83-3.48 wt %), the balance being water. The two first ingredients in dry form are mixed in edgerunner mill for 1 min and a mixture thus obtained is further mixed with aqueous ammonium phosphate, agitation being resumed until medium pH is changed from 4.5 to 7. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
