PURPOSE: To utilize an electronic receipt for accounts processing in place of the receipt of paper by providing the electronic receipt filing card, for which receipt data are electronically recorded in a card, so that those receipt data can be prevented from being revised or forged and the propriety of data can be checked. CONSTITUTION: At a shop to issue the receipt, receipt data composed of a shop ID, amount to be paid, date and time of payment and receipt issue shop certificate code or the like are written from a POS terminal 1 of the shop to an optical card 3 carried with a paying person. In this case, the receipt issue shop certificate code is generated from an individual key for shop peculiar for the shop, the amount to be paid and the date and time of payment by ciphering algorithm. An optical card 3 records a lot of receipt data in a DRAW form. On the side of a receipt certificating person, the receipt data are read from this optical card 3 to a processor 5 and processed. At such a time, it is checked based on the receipt issue shop certificate code whether the receipt data are proper or not. |
