PURPOSE: To provide a bio-sensor effective for fixed time measurement over a long period. CONSTITUTION: A phase shift liquid and a sample are excited and fed in a passage by a pump 8, and a reactor 1 is arranged in the passage. A detector 7 detecting the material generated or consumed by the biochemical reaction of microbes in the reactor 1 is arranged on a measuring system, and a culture solution is excited by a pump 9 and flows in a passage. The passage is provided with a culture system arranged with a reactor 2 and passage selector switches 3-6 connected to the passage of the culture system and the passage of the measuring system. The reactors 1, 2 contain the microbes fixed to immobilized carriers and have phase shift liquid outlets larger than the microbes and smaller than the immobilized carriers. The reactor 1 of the measuring system is switched to the passage of the culture system, and the reactor 2 of the culture system is switched to the passage of the measuring system by the passage selector switches 3-6. |
