PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which a steel cradling forming a substrate of the finish member of a ceiling and a steel joiner are simply and easily connected to each other and the joints brought in the execution of the ceiling are reinforced and the fire-resistant capacity can be increased in the membrane method. SOLUTION: Steel joiners 1 are held in joints of a ceiling and forced to pierce through the steel joiners 1 from the surface of a panel and screws A are driven to reach a steel cradling 3. And further, screws B are driven to reach the steel joiners 1 while using the steel joiners 1 as the ceiling substrate. And in the constitution that the screws A are driven to reach the steel cradling 3, the steel cradling 3 forming the ceiling substrate and the steel joiner 1 are formed to shape a lattice structure in a simple and easy execution.
