PURPOSE: To utilize flipper information at a receiver side by allowing a receiver side to detect the flipper information included in a reception signal with a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter is provided with a 1st modulation means (encoder) 101, a control means 102, a random sequence generating mean 103 generating a long period random series, and a 2nd modulation means 111 adding a random sequence to an output of the 1st modulation means based on a flipper PN code synchronizing signal (fluctuation operation synchronizing signal) 156. A receiver is provided with correlation detection means 121, 122 detecting correlation information between information and a random sequence, a 1st demodulation means 125 demodulating the information based on correlation information, a periodic information detection means 125 to obtain periodic information based on the correlation information between information and the random sequence, and a 2nd demodulation means demodulating random sequence information based on random sequence correlation information, symbol periodic information of the information and the periodic information of the random sequence. |
