<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the oscillation of a second guide board which is caused by collision of the second guide board with a second fixing recess of a segment. CONSTITUTION: Segments are so located at specified intervals that they step over the circumference of the ends of conductors 1, 2. Each segment consists of a first segment 9 and a second segment 10. The first segment 9 has a second fixing recess 9f and a first fixing section 9d for fixing an elastic body 12 at a first distance L1 apart from the second fixing recess 9f. The second segment 10 has a second fixing recess 10f and a second fixing section 10d for fixing an elastic body 12 at a second distance L5 apart from the second fixing recess 10f. The segments 9, 10 are located alternately. The segments 9, 10 are so fabricated that the difference between the distances L1 and L2 is larger than the distances L2 , L6 which are differences between the widths of the second fixing recesses 9f, 10f and the thickness of a second guide board 8. Due to this structure, tensions of the elastic bodies in the opposite directions act in the central axis direction of the conductors 1, 2 between the segments 9, 10.</p> |
