An intellectual training picture book with seals. it comprises a seal fragment sheet part in which seal fragments having a separately illustrated picture on the surface thereof and having an adhesive layer on the back surface thereof are arranged on a ground sheet as a stripping sheet to illustrate the picture separately and scatteredly; and a ground sheet part having a attaching portion on which the seal fragments can be attached to reconstitute the picture. The ground sheet part is bound to the book.
