FOAMED SLUSH MOLDED SHOE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To provide a lightweight foamed slush molded shoe in which a part necessitating reinforcement such as a tiptoe part, a heel part and a sole part has sufficient strength and keeps the function of the shoe by constituting an outer layer of the thin filmlike heated gelled material of a plastisol and constituting an inner layer of the heated gelled material of a plastisol containing a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION: An inner layer 2 is constituted of a heated gelled material of plastisol. The inner layer 2 implys the part containing the whole from a hole part 3 of the lower part to a top part of the upper end. The inner layer 2 keeps strength and forms the framework of the body of a shoe and is constituted of the part 7 necessitating reinforcement such as a tiptoe part 5, a heel part 6 and a sole part 3 and of the other part 8. The inner layer 2 presents a foamed state in which a foaming agent contained in a plstisol is heated. Foaming is caused nearly uniformly in the whole part of the inner layer 2. An outer layer 10 is provided on the external surface of the inner layer 2. The outer layer 10 is constituted of the thin filmlike heated gelled material of the plastisol containing a polyvinyl chloride paste resin.
