PURPOSE: To enhance handling efficiency of freight and to hold appearance to a fine state by eliminating the damage or deformation of exterior corrugated cardboard by preventing the hooking of the flaps provided to the opening part of the sleeve-shaped exterior corrugated cardbard with other freight at the time of handling of freight. CONSTITUTION: The stepped surfaces 8 corresponding to the flaps 6 on the side of exterior corrugated cardboard are provided to the outer surfaces of the cushioning members 2, 3 arranged to both ends of the indoor machine 4 of an air conditioner and a band 5 is passed round the exterior corrugated cardboard so as not only to close the flaps 6 to the stepped surfaces 8 but also to prevent the flaps 6 from protruding from the openings of the exterior corrugated cardboard 1 to prevent the hooking of the flaps 6 with other freight during handling of freight. |
