PURPOSE: To enhance durability and drive feeling for the radial tire equipped with a plurality of tread sections separated by a circular shaped dent in a tread section. CONSTITUTION: A tread section 2 is composed of a broad circular shaped dent 6, and of a right and a left tread section 7 separated in the axial direction by the circular shaped dent 6, at least one sheet of a first auxiliary layer 8 is disposed over the whole of a belt layer 5, which is formed out of spiral shaped winding of strips in the circumferential direction wherein each strip is coated with rubber, and has a plurality of thermal contraction cords lined up, and plurality of paired second auxiliary layers 9 similarly formed out of spiral shaped winding of the same strips in the circumferential direction are disposed in the areas corresponding to the right and left tread sections 7 while being piled up over the first auxiliary layer 8, so that the radial tire is thereby formed up. |
