PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a camera and a network adaptor to be combined and easily installed. SOLUTION: The network adaptor 1 has a video input signal terminal 10 and a control signal use RS terminal 11, and is connected to a video camera or the like with the terminals. A video signal outputted from the video camera or the like is given to the video signal input terminal 10, A/D-converted in the adaptor 1, compressed and outputted to a network via an Ethernet connector 12. The network adaptor 1 is provided with a camera fixing screw 20 and a tripod screw hole 21 so as to easily integrate the camera and the network adaptor and the network adaptor can easily fixed to the tripod or the like.
