PURPOSE: To perform the knocking function without using a weight by advancing a stopper cylinder together with an operating sleeve when writing means is advanced by knocking, then locking the means at the knocked position due to the expansion of the operating sleeve expanding part, and allowing the end of the means to protrude from a barrel at that time.
