<p>PURPOSE: To lower the crushing noise of a waste foamed resin material and prevent a waste material piece from flying out upon crushing and, at the same time, realize a compact device as a whole by lowering the height of a device and the charging the waste foamed resin material in a hopper is performed by a comfortable posture. CONSTITUTION: A hopper 4 for charging a waste foamed resin material, a crushing mechanism 8 in a crushing chamber 3, an accumulator chamber 21, a melting tube for melting a foamed resin piece by heating with a heater and a case for storing a melted resin are provided in a frame body 1. Further, the crushing mechanism 8 consists of rotary blades 11 detachably fixed on the top surface of a horizontally rotating disk 12, on which a large number of foamed resin falling holes are formed, stationary blades 13, which are arranged above the rotary blades 11 and crush waste foamed resin material in cooperation with said rotary blades 11, and a repulsive plate, which is provided in front of the stationary blades 13 through a spring member parallel to the stationary blades 13.</p> |
