QUANTITATIVE JET VALVE HAVING JET HEAD AND QUANTITATIVE JET METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To easily and certainly send the pressurized fluid in a fixed quantity chamber to the jet head for a quantitative jet valve through the leading end opening part of a valve stem to eject a fixed quantity of the fluid by pressing the jet head for the quantitative jet valve to allow the same to fall to close the groove part provided on the lower end of the valve stem by the quantitative packing in the fixed quantity chamber. CONSTITUTION: When the jet head 7 for a quantitative jet valve is pressed downwardly, the part of a quantitative packing 12 is raised from the part of the groove 5 provided to the lower end part of a valve stem 4 to close the part of the groove 5. In this state, the pressurized fluid in a housing 2 passes through the through-hole 14 formed to the fixing element 16 for holding the liquid supply pipe of the lower end opening part of the housing 2 to enter the housing 9 to push up a quantitative jet piston 19. The pressurized fluid in the housing 2 above the piston 19 allows the jet orifice opening and closing piston 24 built in the cylindrical opening part 21 formed in the jet head 7 for the quantitative jet valve to retreat from the upper end opening part of the valve stem 4 to open a jet orifice 27.
