<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optimum wind resistant characteristics, good flexibility and hand contact for a clothing, a quilt, a sleeping bag or the like and to provide a thermally insulating material capable of stably coupling a plurality of types of fibers for constituting the material. SOLUTION: The thermally insulating material comprises a synthetic fiber lap 1 bound by low melting point synthetic fibers and/or spraying aqueous emulsion resin. In this case, the lap 1 has at least one textile supporting layer 2 processed by a resin. The layer 2 has lower air permeability than that of the lap.</p> |
