The device provides correct tee-up of a golf ball on the tee holder(49) and freely controls the supplying position of golf ball. The device supplies golf ball stored in casing(2) to the objective point by moving toward a discharge guider(2) installed on base board(1) and using an operating apparatus(4) driven by an electric motor part(5). The operating apparatus(4) includes a rotating disk(7) forming a cam(71) of elevating guide, a rotating frame(8), a supply arm(41) having a wire(41a), and a supply rod(9) equipped with a guide roller(91). The electric motor part(5) includes a motor(52), a crank lever(54) fixed on an output shaft(53), and a connecting rod(55) connecting the crank lever(54) and the rotating disk(7). An adjusting apparatus(6) of supply angle includes an adjust screw(63) with adjusting hole(61) located at one side of the casing(3), an adjusting plate(62) moved and fixed by the adjust screw(63), and a guide holes(34) closed by the adjusting plate(62).
