PURPOSE: Saw for cutting bone is provided which separates and binds a head case and a neck part in a socket form so that it reduces administration time in exchanging saw teeth. CONSTITUTION: The saw for cutting bone is characterized by transmitting rotation movement of a driving motor(1a) in a grip(1) to a slider(5) of a head(4) bound with the edge part of the neck part through a connection axis(3) that is placed inside the neck part. With receiving rotation movement, the saw for cutting bone in cavity moves a saw(20) and a string on a slider(5) in a straight and reciprocating way by keeping 90 degrees or so angle against approach direction to a grip.
