A fail-open three-way solenoid actuated valve (210) includes an inlet (214), and first (216) and second (217) outlets, a first valve seat (230) and a second valve seat (225). A valve stem includes a retainer (226) secured to the stem which includes first and second sealing surfaces and a sealing member (264) concentrically positioned on the stem. The sealing member is longitudinally moveable along the stem and includes an inner valve seat cooperating with the first sealing surface and a sealing surface (228) cooperating with the first valve seat. The valve is operated by a solenoid (240). |
