A suspension system for a collapsible stroller is arranged between the stroller frame 1 and the seat 3. The seat 3 is releasably mounted onto the frame unit 20 of the shock absorbing device 2 so that it may be changed between a forward and a rearward facing position. The frame unit 20 of the shock absorbing device 2 is swingably mounted between linking plates 17 on each side of the stroller frame 1, and is biased in a rearward and upward position by a spring 21 which interconnects the frame unit 20 and the linking plates 17 such that shocks are absorbed when the stroller is in motion. |
