PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an output lead take out structure and an output lead take out structure in which workability or reliability of waterproofness can be enhanced while reducing the cost when an output lead is inserted into a hollow structure through a rubber elastic material or a foamed material provided in the hollow structure. SOLUTION: In the output lead take out structure or its forming method where an output lead is inserted into a hollow structure through a rubber elastic material or a foamed material provided in the hollow structure and one end part of the inserted output lead is connected electrically in the hollow structure, core is exposed at one end part of the output lead by stripping when the output lead is inserted into the hollow structure and the exposed core is covered with a cap at the time of insertion.
