PURPOSE: To take out data at high speed, to reduce the waste of memory capacity and to operate even a small-scaled computer system by managing data at every process and repeating the delivery of data to a next process when the processing of data in the process of a prescribed procedure completes. CONSTITUTION: The process of a series of work is divided by a necessary procedure. A registration means 11 adds the procedure required for the prescribed process to data so as to register it in accordance with the display and input of the procedure on a screen. A shift means 12 transfers data to the next process when the addition of data required for the prescribed process is completed, divides it at every process and sequentially manages data.
