PURPOSE: To improve restricting ability to a crewman by shortening a time required for the expansive opening of an air-bag and lengthening the holding time of the maxmium pressure in the air-bag. CONSTITUTION: In an air-bag device composed of a cover body 1 which has a H-shaped tear line 5 and ordinarily accommodates a folded up air-bag and a baseplate 2 where the gas flow-in port of the air-bag is firmly attached, one of fixing points where the cover body 1 and a base plate 2 are firmly attached is provided just under or near a side wall below intersecting points 5a on both the sides of the H-shaped tear line 5. |
