PURPOSE: To smoothly advance hydration curing and to enhance hardness and heat resistance by uniformly mixing a compsn. preparated by compounding a cementitious hydraulic material and water with a thermoplastic resin in specific quantities and kneading the same at specific temp. to inject the same into a mold. CONSTITUTION: A compsn. prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin, 50-300 pts.wt. of a cementitious hydraulic material and 10-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the cementitious hydraulic material of water is uniformly mixed. After mixing, the compsn. is immediately kneaded at temp. equal to or higher than the melting temp. of the thermoplastic resin and the kneaded matter is injected into a mold to be molded. It is pref. to compound a water-soluble compd., a combined water-containing compd., a water absorbable substance, a foaming agent, a decomposable polymer or the like with the compsn. Further, it is desirable to use an air permeable mold as the mold to perform injection molding while evacuating the mold. |
