<p>PURPOSE: To easily manufacture the Schmitt trigger circuit at low cost by performing temperature compensation through a resistance which is given temperature characteristics. CONSTITUTION: One or both of resistances 3 and 6 are formed of resistances which have negative temperature characteristics or one or both of resistances 4 and 5 are formed of resistances which have positive temperature characteristics. Consequently, the temperature compensation can be done. In this case, all the resistances 3, 4, 5, and 6 may be given temperature characteristics or some of them may be combined. Namely, the circuit can be constituted without using an element such as a diode and a thermistor. To manufacture this Schmitt trigger circuit, the resistances given the temperature characteristics can be formed by printing, and a circuit board which is inexpensive can be manufactured at lower cost.</p> |
