METHOD FOR COLLECTIVELY COLORING PLURAL AREAS OF GRAPHIC

PURPOSE: To color plural areas in a target graphic by batch operation by arranging and displaying color samples on a display means, collectively selecting plural colors from the samples and applying the selected colors to plural areas surrounded by the segments of the graphic. CONSTITUTION: Color samples are arranged and displayed on the display means, plural colors are collectively selected from the displayed color samples and the selected colors are applied to plural areas surrounded by the segments of a graphic. In this case, identification(ID) numbers are applied to respective areas so as to respectively specify areas to be colored. A cursor 3 to be a color sample selecting means can be optionally moved in a pallet in each color sample and is provided with a shape capable of selecting color samples corresponding to the number of ID numbers. In this example, the number of ID numbers for the cursor 32 is '3' and three color samples 331 to 333 indicated by the cursor 32 can be collectively specified by instructing the cursor 32 by a mouse.
