PURPOSE: To prevent the infiltration of a high-pressure water current into a lamp chamber by forming a rib on an outer wall face near a leg section base end in response to the recess of the back face leg section of a lens communicated in cooperation with the drain hole of a housing. CONSTITUTION: A sealant is filled in the coupling groove 12b of the housing 12 of a lamp tool for a vehicle 11, then the leg section 13f of a lens 13 is inserted into the coupling groove 12b, a lance is coupled with an opening, and the lens 13 is held on the housing 12. The housing 12 holds a bulb 15 and turns on the bulb 15 under the prescribed conditions to exert the role of a rear combination lamp. A high-pressure water current is sprayed to a lamp tool 11 at the time of car washing, part of the water can infiltrate into the coupling groove 12b through a gap P, however the water current is cut off by a rib 13b, and its infiltration into a lamp chamber 14 is prevented. A drain hole 12e can release the waterdrops generated in the lamp chamber 14 to the atmosphere in cooperation with the recess 13g of the leg section 13f. |
