VACUUM DRYING APPARATUS

The apparatus is designed to perform drying quickly and reduce manufacturing cost. The apparatus includes : an evaporating chamber (2) for receiving an object (1) to be dried; an electrical heater (3) for evaporating water vapor generated from the object (1); a drier (6) for condensing water vapor evaporated by the electrical heater (3) and an oscillator (4); a vacuum pump (8) for maintaining vacuum condition of the evaporating chamber (2); and a discharge pipe (5).
