The shrinkable polyester is prepared by copolymerizing dicarboxyl acid that comprises terephthalate and 5-15wt.% isophthalic acid with respect to 100wt.% to terephthalate, diol that comprises bis-hydroxy ethyl terephthalate, ethylene glycol, and 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol of 2-30wt.% with respect to 100wt.% of ethylene glycol; and adding a ultraviolet stabilizer of 0.1-1.0wt.% and 0.005-1.0wt.% silica of 0.01-3.5 Pm diameter with respect to 100wt.% of the copolymer. The polyester film has a thermal shrinkage ratio of 40-70% at 100deg.C and a peeling strength of 700kgf/mm2.
