FIELD: production of foamed materials based on carbamideformaldehyde resins used for heat insulation of mining workings, building structures, pipelines. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase reliability of aggregate operation and to improve quality of foam plastic. Aggregate chamber of foaming has pack of generating gauzes, diameter of holes in which is increasing beginning from the second hole in direction to hardening chamber. The holes have axial shift in respect to each other by 1/2 of diameter. Hardening chamber has dissector mounted coaxially to nozzle of hardener feeding. EFFECT: increased reliability of aggregate operation and improved quality of foam plastic. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
