摘要 FIELD: compressor engineering. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal compressor has major stages 1 with sucking pipe line 2, driving electric motor 3, pressure regulator 4, intermediate coolers 5 and 6, and turbine units 7 and 8 that consist of turbine compressors 9 and 10 and turbine expanders 11 and 12. The working wheels of the expanders are mounted on shafts in bearings 13 and 14, respectively. The gas inlets of turbine expanders 11 and 12 and the inlet of turbine compressor 9 of turbine unit 7 are in communication with the outlet of the last major stage through gas cooler 5. The outlet of turbine compressor 9 of turbine unit 7 is in communication with the inlet of turbine compressor 10 of turbine unit 8 through branch pipes 15, 16, and 17 and gas cooler 6. The outlet of turbine compressor 10 of turbine unit 8 is in communication with a consumer. The outlets of turbine expanders are connected with the inlet of the first major stage through pipe line 18. The last major stage consists of working wheel diffuser 20 without blades, blade grid, converging branch pipes 15 and 16, and diverging branch pipe 17. The major stages of compressor 1 are set in rotation by way of electric motor 3 through booster 4, the speed of rotation of all stages being the same. The gas is supplied from major stages 1 by way of three parallel flows. The first compressed gas flow enters gas cooler 5 through branch pipe 17. The gas is then cooled in the cooler and sucked with turbine compressor 9 of turbine unit 7 wherein it is compressed and enters gas cooler 6 from the outlet of turbine compressor 9. The gas is sucked from gas cooler 6 by way of turbine compressor 10 of turbine unit 8 wherein it is compressed to a limit pressure and supplied to a consumer. The second and third flows enter the inlet of turbine expanders 11 and 12 through branch pipes 15 and 16. The gas that is supplied from working wheel to converging branch pipes 15 and 16 through the diffuser without blades and blade grid is decelerated to a lesser extent than the gas at the outlet of the compressor downstream of branch pipe 17. As a result, it is no need for acceleration of the gas at the inlet of turbine expanders 11 and 12. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
