Method and device for heat processing bitumen-coated material

The method involves adding water from a water reservoir (5) to a hot coated bituminous having coated bitumen granules, and mixing the water and the coated bituminous by a mixer (4). The water presents a molar concentration ranging between 0.1 to 1.5 percentages in an active surface. The bituminous mix in a liquid state, is spreaded on a reception surface (10) e.g. road. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementation of hot coated bituminous.
