The heater includes resistors supplied by electric current to warm up a volcanic stone (1) used as radiating thermal vector. The resistors are embedded inside the stone. The resistors may be reinforced 200 watt, 9.6 mm diameter electrical resistance heating elements located inside 10.00 mm holes (11) drilled in the volcanic stone slab and are locked in position by a insulating piece. The stone surface can be sculpted with an appropriate design. The electrical connections are made by an appropriate connector with an electronic control component connected to a thermal probe and a temperature regulator which are located in channels designed to protect against any exterior contact. The thermal probe may be located in a slot in the stone panel so as to indicate its temperature which can rise to 90 degrees C.
