<p>An analysis method comprises establishing the presence of an analyte in a sample by forming a complex between the analyte and its bioaffine counterpart and a suspendible bioaffine reactant (R1) which is labelled with carbon particles and incorporated in the complex in an amount related to the amount of analyte in the sample. The method is characterized in that a measurable part of the particles are able to settle. An immunoreagent labelled with particles and chosen from the group IgE, anti-IgE antibody, or allergen including IgE-reactive epitopes thereof characterized in that the particles are carbon particles.</p> |
