The invention relates to a signal processing method for a block-coded audio signal in an audio information transmission system with the steps: a) intermediate storage of each signal block properly transmitted; b) detection of an incorrectly transmitted signal block in the audio signal; c) generation of a substitute signal for said incorrectly transmitted signal block from the audio signal in the previous signal block, where the substitution signal is such a partial section of said signal block, the beginning of which always adjoins the end of said signal block; and d) replacement of the erroneous signal block by the possibly oft-repeated substitution signal. |
