a punching step of forming an aluminum film(3) into a bend type with a lead line(2) in punching the lead line(2) of an electrolytic condenser, with the bottom of a top needle(1) rounded; a lead line-bending step of bending the lead line(2) with the aluminum film(3) by pushing a bottom needle guide(7) which has a conoid projection(6) in its center in the state that the top needle guide(5) pushes the lead line(2); and a step of forming a stabilized stitching by pressing the bent part with a plain plate in the state that both the lead line(2) and the aluminum film(3) are bent and close to each other.
