PCB AUTO-TESTING APPARATUS BY BIAS VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT

The apparatus automatically tests the PCB by checking the overload of the PCB assembly and measuring the bias voltage so that it can prevent the fracture of the PCB assembly and a PCB adjuster. The apparatus comprises: a programmable power supply(60) generating AC power source; an overload detector(70); a multiplexer(50) switching a detected bias signal; an A/D converter(40) generating the digitized bias voltage; a computer(10), connected to the programmable power supply(60), the overload detector(70) and the multiplexer(50) via a GPIB board and a GPIB bus and determining if the PCB assembly is good or poor.
