PURPOSE: To quickly generate a document corresponding to a topic from the first of the use of a document preparing device by selecting a learning table most suitable for the topic of the document to be generated from plural stored learning tables to set the table to a learning storage means. CONSTITUTION: Word information related to preliminarily set topics is stored in a learning storage state initializing table 20. When a read command to read in a table of topic setting items from the table 20 is inputted from an input device 11, this read command is sent to the learning storage state initializing table 20 through a main controller 12 to read in the table of topic setting items, and this table is displayed on a display device 13. When a topic to be selected is indicated in the table, this indication is sent to a learning initial state selector 27 through the main controller 12, and the learning initial state selector 27 selects the table, where the indicated topic is stored, from the learning storage state initializing table 20 and stores and sets stored contents of the selected table in a learning storage device 18. |
