发明名称 METHOD FOR PREDICTING SHAPE OF HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To judge the shape of a steel sheet on line in an actual machine by constructing a simple prediction expression for buckling. CONSTITUTION: The temp. distribution on the surface of the steel sheet is measured and, based thereon, the desidual stress distribution in the longitudinal direction of the sheet after air cooling is calculated. Based on the residual stress distribution in the length direction at the prescribed position in the same direction, the determined residual stress distribution is approximated into a rectangular distribution for respective sections divided with arbitrary points as a boundary. Bending moment per unit thickness of residual stress respecting one point in the respective divided sections is calculated. The residual stress at the critical point of buckling is calculated from the bending moment determined by the residual stress approximated into the rectangular distribution by use of the prescribed simple prediction expression. The calculated residual stress at the critical point of buckling is compared with the residual stress approximated into the rectangular distribution and whether the shape is defective or not is judged.</p>
