A touch panel combined with a speaker is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and simplify a manufacturing process of a portable electronic device, and offer a display device attached with the touch panel combined with the speaker by integrating the touch panel and a speaker film. The second substrate(112) is faced to the first substrate(111). The first transparent electrode(121) is formed close to the first substrate. The second transparent electrode(122) is on the second substrate. The third transparent electrode(123) is formed between the first and second transparent electrodes. A medium layer(141) is formed between the first and third transparent electrodes. A piezoelectric layer(130) is formed between the second and third transparent electrodes. The medium layer includes a spacer(151) interposed between the first and third transparent electrodes.
