The granular chewing gum preparation method comprises the steps of; (1) warming up gum base 10-35 parts at 30-85 degree.C in boiling water, (2) adding syrup 5-35 parts at 40-80 degree.C, (3) adding citrate 0.5-1.5 parts and flavor 0.2-1 parts at 15-30 degree.C, (4) adding color 0.01 parts at 10-30 degree.C, (5) adding sugar powder 25-80 parts at 15-80 degree.C, and (6) stirring with screw blade at 20-150 rpm for 5-30 min. to form granules. This process saves the freezing process using liquid nitrogen for cutting in the common process.
