PURPOSE: To improve variation of speed in switching between panels and to obtain a scroll screen having less distortion by combining and constituting LED panels so that scan directions in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction of the LED panels are alternately reversed. CONSTITUTION: Two scan panels are piled, a scan direction of a LED panel 21 is made reverse direction to that of a LED panel 22. That is, comparing with the conventional system, a scan direction of the LED panel 22 is made a reverse direction. Thereby, even in switching of lines between scan blocks, for example, since a switching time for 16 lines is made same time as that for 15 lines at the time of scroll in the same panel, distortion of a scroll screen is improved. Further, in shifting between lines of lighting lines in the same LED panel, for example, in the case of LED panel 21, it is lighting of 32 lines with two round lighting, but in the case of LED panel 22 of reverse direction scan, it is made a lighting time of 30 lines, then a lighting time is made short a little.
