A mobile communication terminal is provided to display an image on a display unit by improving a gamma curve by all of average brightness and gradation distribution or by one of the average brightness and the gradation distribution. An input unit(12) receives a photographing instruction. A plurality of cameras(14,16) photographs an object in response to the photographing instruction. An image processing unit(20) processes an image input frame outputted from the cameras and creates image data including gradation distribution. A memory unit(22) sequentially stores a plurality of gradation distribution in the cameras. A display unit(18) displays an image by using image data from one of the cameras or by using combined image data of the cameras. A control unit(24) calculates values of changes in the gradation distribution of the cameras, updates a plurality of the gradation distribution stored in the memory unit according to the values of the changes therein and then stores the updated gradation distribution in the memory unit. The control unit corrects gamma characteristics of the display unit by using the updated gradation distribution.
