PURPOSE: To facilitate construction of a vertical joint part and to remarkably improve waterproofness by a method wherein after construction of a dry wall material, the coupling part of a decorative is pressed in the lock groove of a shikimeita (a batten mounted below or on the back of a joint) and a lock claw is engaged with a lock protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A nailing fit piece 1 of a shikimeita B is fixed to a part where a joiner A is used on a wall backing, where a sheet-form substanceγis laid on a bodyαconsisting of a stud, a main column, and a furring strips, by a fixing toolβ. Dry type wall materials G and G are brought into contact with, in order, the right and the left of the guide piece of the shikimeita B and fixed on a wall backing through the fixing toolβ, and a dry type wall material G is built throughout a range of from a foundation to a girder. A packing material E is located through an engaging member D between the shikimeita B and a decorative cap F. The engaging part of the decorative cap F is pressed in the lock groove of the shikimeita B, a lock claw is engaged with the lock protrusion to fix the decorative cap F and form a vertical joint.
