<p>PURPOSE: To shorten the update time of trend data by performing calculation for time conversion when a pulse count value reaches a certain value or a certain time has passed while the certain value is not reached. CONSTITUTION: A count set value arrival judging function 2 judges whether or not the count number counted by a pulse counting function 1 reaches a predetermined count set value within a predetermined set time. When the count number counted by the pulse counting function 1 reaches the count set value within the set time, a unit time pulse number arithmetic function 4 divides the count number by the elapsed time to calculate the number of pulses per unit time, but when the counted number does not reach the count set value within the set time, on the other hand, the counted number is divided by the set time to calculate the number of pulses per unit time. Then, a unit time pulse number output function 5 outputs the unit time pulse number calculated by the unit time pulse number arithmetic function 4.</p> |
