PURPOSE: To allow user to exit only when an entrance place is present and a ride is correct by judging whether or not information specifying an entry is recorded on one of read media and whether or not a ride from an entrance place to an exiting place is correct on the basis of plural media. CONSTITUTION: When a user inserts a ticket for a ride from a station A to a station B into an A-station automatic ticket examining machine, a CPU 10 drives an encoder 14 to magnetically record entrance data 1 on the train ticket. If only a commutation ticket is inserted because of a fear of the detection of an illegal act although two media (train ticket and commutation ticket) should originally be inserted, a NO decision is made since entry data 1 as entry specification information is not recorded, so that abnormality is indicated. When the user inserts the train ticket and a commutation ticket for rides from a station C to a station D into an automatic ticket examining machine of the station D when exiting, a CPU 20 detects the entry data 1 of the inserted train ticket and judges the ride sections of the two media. In this case, the CPU 20 decides that the ride sections of the both are not continuous, and then decides that the ride between the stations B and C is what is call that user goes by train paying only for the first and last sections of the ride, thereby indicating abnormality. |
