摘要 PURPOSE: To improve assembling efficiency and operability by assembling a cylinder composed of two parts, a finger-hooking member for rotational operation, a finger-hooking member for pulling operation, etc., into a control section which remote-controls a treating portion via an interlocking wire. CONSTITUTION: In a treating instrument for endoscope which remote-controls a treating portion 25 such as a cutter, etc., at the tip of an interlocking wire 21 to be inserted into the body via an endoscope by a manipulating section 1 via the interlocking wire 21, the manipulating section 1 is composed of a cylinder 2, a mouth body 3, a first finger-hooking member 4, and a second finger-hooking member 5. The cylinder 2 is composed of two half-cylinders 6, and they are tightly connected by using the mouth body 3 which is fitted into the tip of both half-cylinders. The travel of the second finger-hooking member 5 to and from a tail member 13 along the interlocking wire allows a finger-hooking ring 14 to rotate, and the travel of the second finger-hooking member 5 allows a cutter 25 to be remote-controlled via the interlocking wire 21.
