PURPOSE: To form a template for mounted board inspection at a short time and with high precision as compared with the conventional technique. CONSTITUTION: Form data 52 which designate the form and the size of each kind of component at the time of mounting on a board are previously stored in a storage device 50. Mounting data 51 which designate the kinds of component, the mounting position and the mounting direction set for a component mounting machine which mounts components on a board are read and stored by the storage device 50 via a disk equipment 30 or a communication equipment 40. A data conversion part 22 refers to the form data 50 on the basis of the mounting data, creates cutting data 53 showing the mounting region of components on the board, and stores the data in the storage device 50. On the basis of the cutting data, a cutting equipment 60 punches and forms automatically a planar part member into a template having a window for a mounting confirmation which corresponds to the mounting region of components. |
