CONSTITUTION: Showing equipments 42 and 44 which record and show a prescribed race, reception equipments 16 and 18 which receive the race shown by these equipments 42 and 44, televisions 14 and 24 on which race pictures received by reception equipments 16 and 18 are projected, a telephone voting device for preliminary betting in the race shown on these televisions 14 and 24, an account 48 for telephone betting provided correspondingly to the telephone betting device, and an account processing means by which the sponsor of the race draws out the bet from or transfers the share to the account 48 for telephone betting are provided. |
