<p>PURPOSE: To save heating and cooling expenses, by sending cold air to rooms in summer and effectively using the hot air in a house in winter. CONSTITUTION: A house A furnished with an air-conditioner is provided with a building body 1 with an external heat-insulating structure, ventilation passes 2 arranged in the under space of the floor, the rear side of the walls, the attic space, etc., a collecting device 3 of solar energy, and a heat exchanger 4 arranged at the outside of house. The ventilation passes 2 are provided with an exhaust fan 250, an outside air intake 26, a circulation fan 251. The collecting device of solar energy is connected to the ventilation passes and provided with heat-collecting pipes to heat air by use of solar energy. When the outside air temperature is high, the hot air in the ventilation passes 2 of house is discharged to the outside by the exhausting means and the hot air supplied by the collecting device 3 of solar energy is changed to cold air by the heat exchanger 4 to send it into the rooms. When the outside air temperature is low, the hot air in the upper part of the ventilation passes is sent into the lower part of the passes and further, the hot air supplied by the collecting device of solar energy is sent into the passes.</p> |
